Many triggers can cause an anxiety attack to occur, Including Public speaking and gatherings (  when I was in college and had to do a classroom presentation). Massage Therapy For Anxiety Disorders

There are many ways to manage Anxiety disorder. One that is most recommended is Massage Therapy. As a licensed massage Therapist, I would recommend getting regular massages if you are suffering from a chronic anxiety disorder. Massage will help you to relax and release Cortisol (stress hormones). It will help you to unwind and Rejuvenate the body and mind.

Massage Therapy will also release Endorphin which is a natural hormone that can alleviate and lower stress, Improve mood, and enhance your sense of well-being.

Massage therapy is also a detox process, helping you to get rid of unwanted toxins, that build up in the body. Excess toxins can affect the nervous system damage healthy cells in the body, and interfere with hormone signals, which can lead to inflammation and imbalance throughout the body.

Getting regular massages is an important part of self-care!
